Overview: After the speech of the President of the Republic who instructed the Prime Minister to set up a concertation with partners and actors from different sectors for the ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT PLAN,
the consultations made it possible to draw up an Economic, Social and Humanitarian Support Plan valued at 1,700 billion FCFA, or around 5% of GDP, presented on March 31, 2020.

Evidence/Justification: It uses the justification based on current data, economic growth estimated at 7.2% for the year 2020 would be halved and stand at 3.6%, assuming control of the pandemic at the end of June 2020.
