For much of the pandemic, New Zealand has often been praised for the effectiveness of its response. But despite few resources, the small African nation of Senegal has also become a leader in curbing the COVID-19 pandemic within its borders. Special correspondent Fred de Sam Lazaro reports as part of his series, "Agents for Change."
