Evidence/Justification: The epidemiologist doctor pointed out that this provision not only aims to reduce the number of people exposed to the infection, it also seeks to protect people over 60 years of age and with risk factors, considered as a ‘sensitive population’ against Covid-19: “These four countries have been chosen because they present an epidemiological scenario with community transmission and a mortality rate that has risen over the days. Likewise, imported cases of Covid-19 in Brazil, Chile and Ecuador had a travel history of having been to Spain or Italy ”.
