Overview: The Step by Step Plan is a gradual strategy to face the pandemic according to the health situation of each particular area.
It consists of 5 steps: quarantine, transition, preparation, initial opening and advanced opening, with specific restrictions and obligations.
The advance or retreat will always be gradual; and to move from one stage to another, the regions and communes of the country will have to meet certain health criteria, such as an improvement in epidemiological indicators, the status of the health care network and traceability.
