Overview: Executive Order 2020-9 suspend provisions that are set forth by the Utah Postretirement Reemployment Restrictions Act. The suspension in this order only apply to those who retired prior to March 30th or the individual becomes temporarily reemployed to ensure adequate staffing of Critical Government Functions for a URS participating employer during the state of emergency.
