Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 016 declares that non-essential retail businesses identified in Directive 003 may resume retail sales through curbside sales or home delivery. Cannabis dispensaries may also engage in retail sales by curbside sales or home delivery. Directive 004 is amended, allowing for an extension of 90-day grace period after the DMV’s reopen instead of 90 days after original expiration date of the licenses, permits, cards, and other DMV credentials expiring during the Declaration of Emergency. Expiration date on said licenses, permits, cards, and other DMV credentials expiring within 30 days after DMV offices reopen to the public shall be extended for an additional 60 days from the date DMV offices reopen to the public. Directive 010 is amended to allow residents to leave their homes to shop curbsided at non-essential retail businesses. Section 2 of Directive 013 is amended to allow golf, tennis and pickleball to be practiced beiging May 1st, as long as social distancing guildines are followed. Section 4 of Directive 013 is amended to allow in-person worship to take place on an in-car or drive-in basis. Directive 003, 006, 007, 010, and 013 are extended until May 15th unless terminated or renewed under this directive.
