Overview: Health Mandate 012 declares that all in-state travel between communities is forbid unless it is necessary to travel to support critical infrastructure or critical personal needs. Personal critical needs are those necessary to maintain a healthy house hold (i.e. groceries, etc.). The mandate is to stay in effect from March 28, 2020 until April 11, 2020.
