Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 007 prohibits the gathering of 10 or more people in any indoor or outdoor area in Nevada; publically or privately owned. Homeless people are exepmt from this regulation of Directive 007. Social distancing procedures are to be practiced in Nevada, by maintaining a minimum of 6 feet from those who do not reside in the same house. The Local Government is responsible for limiting the general public’s use of recreational equipment such as playgrounds or beaches.
