Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 024 promotes the Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery to help with a federally supported, state managed, and locally executed reopening approach by giving county governments the authority to impose additional COVID-19 related restrictions on businesses and public activities. Standards imposed by the Declaration of Emergency Directives can be exceeded by what businesses chose to adopt, but adopted practices must not be more permissive. In accordance with Phase Two of the Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery plan, businesses must require face covering to enter. All local, city, and county governments, and state agencies have the power to enforce all Directives and regulations.
