Overview: The Puerto Rico Department of Health published a plan for the prevention and response to COVID-19 in Puerto Rico. The purpose of the plan was to establish a frame of reference so that the systems of public health, medical services and mental health work together to reduce the morbidity, mortality, social and economic disruption associated with an outbreak of COVID-19.
