Overview: EMERGENCY ORDER #24 Relating to the Department of Transportation Emergency Overweight Commodity Permits WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation must continue its vital work to ensure the protection and safety of the public and the public highway infrastructure throughout the state. Overweight permits may be issued by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and fees shall be waived for transportation of supplies in conformance with this Order.
