Overview: Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced signed the measure that creates the “Puerto Rico Government Distance Work Act,” which orders government agencies, instrumentalities, and public corporations to create a telework program. The measure will allow employees to comply, partially or totally, from their homes or other satellite offices of the government entity to which they belong their duties and responsibilities.
