Overview: Norway is contributing to a new UN Fund to fight Coronavirus. Norway is providing a first contribution of NOK 150 million to enable the work of the fund to get underway as soon as possible. ‘We urge other countries to contribute too,’ said Minister of Foreign Affairs. The fund is designed to complement the UN’s Global Humanitarian Response Plan and WHO’s Strategic Preparedness and Response Plan.
