Overview: The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs extends the residence of third-country nationals holding one of the following documents for the duration of the state of crisis: short- and long-stay visas, temporary authorisations to stay, residence cards, and residence permits. The residence of third-country nationals that are not subject to the visa requirement, whose stay has just exceeded 90 days, is legal for the duration of the state of crisis.
