Overview: On 17 March 2020, the Luxembourg government declared a three-month duration of state of emergency for Luxembourg in accordance with article 32(4) of the Luxembourg Constitution. This allows the Government to pass any legislation or Grand Ducall decree wtihout obtaining Parliament’s approval.
