Overview: As positive cases have been confirmed on this day, additional measures are being implemented. These are the following. Citizens cannot enter or exit the municipalities of Klina and Viti. Inter-urban transport in the Republic of Kosovo is cancelled, as well as internationally organised transportation. Land borders are closed for travelers entering Kosovo (although this does not apply to citizens). All citizens of Kosovo who enter will undergo additional medical examinations and will be ordered to isolate themselves for 14 days. From 16 March at 24:00, there will be a temporary suspension of all air travel at Prishtina airport except for military flights, and medical emergencies. Exceptions are for aircraft coming in with crew but without passengers, for the purposes of departure of passengers from Kosovo. Cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants, and shopping malls are closed, except for pharmacies and food markets. All cultural and sports activities are suspended. Animal markets and vehicle markets are closed. Reduced inessential actions and essential staff for any public institution except for health and safety sector staff. Private companies are instructed to organise work in such a way that most activities will be performed by workers from home.
