Overview: In relation to the COVID-19 emergency, the Ministry of Health allocates 7 million euros for 12-month research projects, using funds for the current research of the IRCCS, relating to the financial years 2020 and 2021. Each selected project will be able to receive up to one million euros, of the total 7 million allocated.“It is an initiative that goes in the right direction – affirms the minister of health, Roberto Speranza – to make available to the medical and scientific community useful knowledge for clinical and public health choices. For this reason, in the selection of the proposals, priority will be given to those able to highlight, already in the presentation of the preliminary data, the applicability of the results to the treatment processes “.
