Overview: The Budapest City Council considers it its task to ensure the stable operation of the city while minimizing the number of urban contacts contributing to the spread of the epidemic and, in particular, to protect workers who are at increased risk of the epidemic. Taking these two aspects into account, the operational staff decided that all public transport in Budapest, BKV, would switch from the start of operations on Thursday, March 19, to the summer schedule. BKK Courier provides continuous and up-to-date information on the changes.
