Overview: On March 12, 2020, the Danish Parliament passed a number of amendments to the Epidemic Act, which means that the Danish Patient Safety Authority can therefore order anyone who is found to be infected with COVID-19 or who is presumed to be infected with COVID-19 found:• investigate, for example, by being tested for COVID-19 • hospitalization or other suitable facility • isolate in a suitable facility.
