Overview: Executive Decree No. 874 of July 27, 2020, published in the Official Gazette of Panama, reports on the extension of the temporary suspension of the activity of the construction industry contemplated until July 25 and issued to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the country.

“The temporary suspension of the activity of the construction industry is extended for a period of fifteen calendar days, starting on Sunday, July 26, 2020, in the same terms expressed in article 1 of Executive Decree No. 506 of March 24, 2020 “, the decree states in its first article.
