Overview: Government agencies – Enterprise Singapore, Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and the Heartland Enterprise Centre will be working with small-medium enterprises to encourage the adoption of digital tools (target audience). The intention here is to use the current opportunity to future-proof small shops, many dependent on local traffic, that have faced significant business challenges especially since many residents have moved to online platforms for retail and services during the stay-home period.
