Overview: Directed to the general public, construction and other sectors heavily dependent on migrant workers/trade-skills, the announcement is intended to show that COVID screenings have at least (at least 1x coverage) been completed across workers living in dormitories, and to suggest that the bulk of known cases would have been identified by now. This is predicated on the higher rates of known infection among persons living or working in dormitories, relative to persons in other areas/sectors
