Overview: IATF approves the following resolutions: (1) the IATF allows the sub-technical working group on Data Analytics to present the following amendments beginning July 1, 2020, particularly on recalibration of current parameters for Case Doubling Time (CDT) and Critical Care Utilization Rate (CCUR) for risk classification of all LGUs (see document); (2) updated methodology for Local Government appeals; (3) streamlining of reporting of national epidemiologic picture to the general public to include 5 essential parameters (see document); (4) creation of a sub technical working group on management of foreign nationals who will enter the Philippines, to be headed by the Department of Tourism and Department of Foreign Affairs; and (5) amendments to guidelines for dine-in food establishment industries as issued previously under IATF Resolution No. 45 issued on June 10, 2020, to alaw operations of dine-in establishments to operate until 9:00 PM.

Evidence/Justification: On 30 March 2020, Executive Order No. 112 was issued, imposing Enhanced Community Quarantine and General Community Quarantine from May 1 to 15, 2020, adopting also the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine by the IATF. Resolution is also passed in light of developments of the COVID-19 situation for June 2020, and with the tally of 30,052 confirmed cases in the Philippines as of June 21, 2020.
