Overview: Amendments to Omnibus Guidelines on Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines implemented:
– Updated guidelines for areas of the country placed under the following community quarantine classifications:
1. Areas under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ)
– Guidelines for establishments/persons/activities allowed to operate or work with the following classifications
a) sectors/offices allowed with full operational capacity
b) sectors/offices allowed with a skeleton workforce
2. Areas under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ)
– Guidelines for establishments/persons/activities allowed to operate or work with the following classifications
a) sectors/offices allowed with full operational capacity
b) sectors/offices allowed with 50% operational capacity
3. Areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ)
– Guidelines for operation of selected sectors/industries for GCQ Areas with assigned categories
– Suspension of face-to-face or in-person classes in schools and universities
4. Areas under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ)
– Guidelines for operation of selected sectors/industries for MGCQ Areas with assigned categories
– Limited operations of face-to-face or in-person classes in schools and universities
– Amendments to interzonal and intrazonal movement guidelines
– Amendments of definition of terms
