Overview: In Hokkaido, all public elementary and junior high schools will be closed at the same time from the 28th. The City of Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture, will also close all the public schools in the city. The Government will ask all elementary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools as well as schools for special needs education to close temporarily from March 2, next week, until spring break.
