Overview: Decisions by the Supreme Health and Safety Committee:
First: Specifying the partial curfew times from nine o’clock in the evening to five o’clock in the morning, with days (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays) being included in the total total ban, provided that lifting the ban will be completely reconsidered after the Eid Al-Adha holiday.
Second: Emphasizing the application of health procedures issued by the Supreme Committee, especially wearing masks, physical and social distancing within shops, government institutions and private sector institutions, and seizing the wheels of violators in the event of repeated violation.
Third: Emphasis on the security services to prevent all forms of gatherings and take legal measures against violators.
Fourth: Continuing to close private clinics and medical complexes until the date of 7/26/2020, provided that the owners of clinics and medical complexes abide by the instructions and guidelines of the Supreme Advisory Committee, with the Ministry of Health, the National Security Agency, the Doctors Syndicate and the Dental Association following up on the extent to which clinics and medical complexes adhere to the instructions issued And taking appropriate legal measures against violators, in order to preserve the safety of citizens.
Fifth: Approving the opening of shops in malls according to the health controls set by the Ministry of Health and Environment.
Sixth: The Non-Governmental Organizations Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers will coordinate with the Iraqi Media Network, the Media and Communications Commission and civil society organizations for the purpose of intensifying media campaigns to educate citizens about the preventive measures required from Coronavirus, especially with regard to wearing masks and social distancing.
Seventh. Approval of the opening of the border crossings (Al-Mandhariyah, Safwan and Al-Shaib) starting from 07/23/2020, provided that the health departments in the governorates of Diyala, Basra and Maysan provide the health requirements necessary for the process of trade exchange without allowing people to enter by land for any reason whatsoever except for goods and commodities coming to the ports Wild.
Eighth: Approval of facilitating the entry of materials, devices, and medical supplies detailed in the book of the Popular Mobilization Authority numbered in number (26) on July 5, through the Shalamjah border crossing.
Ninth: Approval of the opening of airports starting from 07/23/2020 after taking the required measures that guarantee the safety of travelers at airports from the team formed for this purpose, and in line with the instructions issued by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO) and the Supreme Committee for National Health and Safety.
Tenth: All governorates adhere to the decisions issued by the Supreme Committee for National Health and Safety.
