Overview: Reduction in the budget development process from 2.5 months to 2 weeks. The target audience was MPs, legislators, and technocrats at the Ministry of Finance, Planning, and Economic Development (MoFPED) and other related government entities. The intended effect was ensure that governmental funding was scrutinized and approved by Parliament while still adhering to public health guidelines.
