Lead People/Agency: The President and State House of Uganda. The implementation remains with the Ministry of Health, Uganda Police Force, and the Uganda People’s Defence Force as well as the Ministry of Works and Transport regarding public transport.

Overview: President Museveni extends the lockdown for 21 days from April 15-May 5. The target audience was all individuals affected by the lockdown regulations including the curfew from 8AM-7PM, public events, and public movement/transport. The intended effect was to continue the low occurrence of the coronavirus and limited to no community transmission.
