Lead People/Agency: Ugandan State House or Executive Branch. The implementation remains with MDAs under the Ministry of Internal Affairs (police, army).

Overview: Partial easing of the lockdown to now allow agricultural shops, construction, metal and wood workshops, vehicle garages, restaurants, warehouses, and wholesalers to reopen. Insurance practitioners are included in essential workers and only 30 lawyers will be added to the essential services as per the Uganda Law Society. The target audience were the affected businesses and practitioners. The intended effect was to allow for economic activities to resume.
