Overview: Shutdown of the country’s land and international borders for human traffic to curb the spread of coronavirus as Africa’s most populous country recorded its first death from the pandemic. The airspace and airports were due to resume by 23rd of April, 2020 but was later extended as a result of the extension of the lockdown of FCT, Lagos and Ogun States by the President.
