Overview: E.I. 63:Establishment of Emergency Communications System Instrument, 2020 which was passed on 23rd March 2020. This law allows for the establishment of emergency communications system to trace all contacts of persons suspected of or actually affected by a public health emergency and identify places visited by persons whether suspected of or actually affected by a public health emergency.
