Overview: This was the first address to the whole nation a day after the WHO had declared COVID-19 a pandemic. the President informed the populace of the measures that government had put to protecting citizens from infection and also from spreading in case there is an infection.These measures included a plan to make available one hundred million American dollars to expand infrastructure, buy materials and equipment, and public education. The president charged the president to adhere to the etiquette of social distancing, handwashing with soap and the use of alcohol based hand sanitizer.
