Overview: The National Security Council (CNS) decided on Monday July 13, 2020 to lift the isolation measure for Greater Abidjan from Wednesday July 15, 2020. The CNS maintained the state of emergency until July 30, 2020 , the closure of bars, nightclubs, cinemas and performance venues, as well as maritime and land borders. Systematic control of wearing masks in vehicles and public places will be carried out and more rigorous. This control will be accompanied by coercive measures, defined by decree.
