Overview: The Council of Ministers of today April 15, 2020, faced with the progress of COVID19 in Côte d’Ivoire, the State decides
-the extension of the state of emergency declared on March 23, 2020 throughout the national territory, for a new period from April 15 to 30, 2020, with a view to consolidating the operational prevention and care system sick people.
-It adopts a decree capping the prices of hydroalcoholic gels.
-The Council adopted an ordinance establishing, attributing, organizing and operating the Special Solidarity Fund and Humanitarian Emergency Support Fund, called the Special Solidarity Fund COVID-19, as well as its bill of ratification. (particularly the elderly and people with disabilities. The needy, families of the needy who died as a result of Coronavirus 2019 disease, vulnerable children and adolescents in orphanages, nurseries and street children. )
-The Council of Ministers adopted an ordinance establishing, attributing, organizing and operating the Fund
Support for Large Enterprises, called FSGE COVID-19, Support Fund for SMEs, Support Fund for the informal sectors and a special solidarity fund.
-He adopted an ordinance suspending procedures to evict tenants and the upward revision of the rent of housing leases, as well as his bill of ratification.
-The Council adopted a decree amending decree n ° 2016-1152 of December 28, 2016 making certain standards of application mandatory. It includes in the list of mandatory standards, the standard on hydroalcoholic gel, the standard on barrier masks and the standard on rubber gloves for surgical use, sterile and non-reusable. This measure aims to guarantee the effectiveness of gloves, masks and hydroalcoholic gels that have become essential products in the implementation of COVID-19’s national strategy to prevent and fight the pandemic.
