20 April 2020 – Health care facilities and providers may resume services with safety protocols

Overview: Health Mandate 015 supersedes Mandate 005 and 006, allowing health care facilities and providers defined in statute to resume services that require minimal protective equipment and safety protocols for pre-screening, starting April 20th. This includes services such as physical, routine exams, and minimal procedures. Also, begining on May 4th, health care providers may perform non-urgent, or elective procedures, with defined safety protocols for patients and staff.
