Overview: On Wednesday June 10, 2020, the Council of Ministers adopted a decree relating to the health control of people at land, sea, river-lagoon, rail and airport entry points. This decree is created, in accordance with the International Health Regulations (RSI), 42 health control posts at points of entry into the national territory with a view to strengthening national health security. These checkpoints, maintained by agents of the National Institute of Public Hygiene (INHP) in liaison with the Defense and Security Forces, constitute the first contacts at the entry and the last at the exit from the national territory. , so as to protect populations durably against health threats without hampering the free movement of goods and people.
