Evidence/Justification: Our country has been informed of the appearance of a new type of responsible coronavirus
severe lung infections in humans.
In such a context, in accordance with international health regulations and taking into account the flows
on both sides, the Ministry of Health and Social Action reassures
populations and informs them of the arrangements made for this purpose:
1. Strengthening of epidemiological surveillance throughout the territory
national, with particular emphasis on the country’s gateways.
2. Dissemination of information for health workers with the sending of sheets
techniques on the disease in medical regions, health districts, and all
public health establishments.
3. Information and awareness of the populations with this press release which constitutes it
the inaugural stage.
No cases have been reported to date.
The Ministry of Health and Social Action is closely monitoring the development of the situation and
will regularly inform the public.
