Overview: The Prime Minister signed off a decision to approve a 62.000 billion VND financial package. The aim is to financially help the most vulnerable social groups such as the poor, lottery ticket people, employees that were laid off because of COVID-19, small scale business households etc. The package will be implemented for two months starting from 1st April 2020.
