Evidence/Justification: The app is to help the Ghana health service in their contact tracing and follow up. It will also make data available to be able to identify hot spots and an individual’s risk level as a result of cases within their locality etc . there has been isolated cases where people under contact tracing disappeared and it took a while for them to be found.
